Delta-Q products are installed by manufacturers on a variety of vehicles and industrial machines. The charger’s warranty term, embedded software, charge algorithms, and wiring harness connectors are unique to the particular manufacturers’ requirements. As such, Delta-Q advises calling the manufacturer of the vehicle directly. This is necessary since the warranty of the charger is administered by the vehicle manufacturer. In addition, our OEM customers know their systems best and can provide you with the best system support.
For OEMs contacting Delta-Q for product support, please record the following to ensure a faster response:
- Product model number
- Product serial number
- Battery type
- Name and model of vehicle/machine the Delta-Q product is installed in
- Fault code reported by charger (consult manual for details)
