Delta-Q Technologies to Move to New Expanded Facility

December 17, 2010 - Delta-Q Technologies Corp. announced the pending move of its corporate offices into a larger, newly renovated facility located about fifteen minutes from downtown Vancouver.  The move will improve operational efficiency as the new building replaces and consolidates Delta-Q’s current corporate office, battery test laboratory, and warehouse into one location.

The new 35,000 square foot facility is over three times the size of Delta-Q’s current locations combined, allowing the company to execute its aggressive hiring and overall corporate growth plans.  An additional 17,000 square feet is also available for future expansion planned over the next three to five years.

Key to the new facility is a modern Engineering laboratory equipped to house multiple program teams focused on the development and test of Delta-Q’s next generation power conversion products.  “Our new facility will be equipped with state of the art labs and a wide range of new test equipment which will help us execute Delta-Q’s new product roadmap and support our OEM customers more effectively”, said Guy Pearson, Vice President of Engineering for Delta-Q.

“The building is set within a natural green-space and has an open high tech campus like feel reflecting the character and culture of Delta-Q”, said Ken Fielding, President and CEO of Delta-Q.  “We are very excited about our new building and feel it will ultimately serve our organization extremely well as a functional, efficient, and productive workspace.”

Delta-Q’s new physical address is 3755 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby, BC.  All office phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same after the transition.  The facility move is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the end of December 2010.
